Responsibilities
•	Manage the defoamer product portfolio
•	Develop New products, with the expectations from Technical marketing
•	Work with Lab to screen, validate new products.
•	Develop manufacturing protocol and streamline the production process in consultation with Process Chemist on Production site.
•	Develop test protocol for customer site, for sales team to provide better technical services on site.
•	Analytical work: evaluate the field trial along with technical marketing and use those success/failure to enhance defoamer product line
•	Occasional travel requirement to customer site

Requirements
•	Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Science, Surfactant chemistry.
•	Product Development / R&D /Production/ QA Experience in Chemical Industry and/or process Industry, >10 years of Industry experience(Production, Application, R&D) with minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Development or R&D; At least 3 years of working experience in defoamer industry. Hands on experience in developing new products and scale up in production preferred. 
•	Verbal and written communication, Chinese +English will be added advantage
•	Data analysis and statistical aptitude.
•	Good interpersonal skills to work with various teams. Able to work on aggressive timelines.
